How do I return my extra U-verse boxes?
I called att customer service earlier this week on how to rtn my extra tv boxes. I was told they will email the instructions and I'll have it within 24 hours that was on monday. I have not seen 1 email with those instructions and mailing label like I was told I'll recv. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to rtn the extra tv boxes? Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes. You have to contact AT&T support , either via phone or chat to place a request to remove the receiver from your account. Please ensure to have the receivers model and last 4 digit of GUID on the receivers label. It will take about 4-5 minutes to place the request. thank you.
