I called att customer service earlier this week on how to rtn my extra tv boxes. I was told they will email the instructions and I'll have it within 24 hours that was on monday. I have not seen 1 email with those instructions and mailing label like I was told I'll recv. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to rtn the extra tv boxes? Yes. You have to contact AT&T support , either via phone or chat to place a request to remove the receiver from your account. Please ensure to have the receivers model and last 4 digit of GUID on the receivers label. It will take about 4-5 minutes to place the request. thank you.
