How do I replace the battery pack in my Emergency battery backup?

My Uverse power supply and emergency battery backup is indicating that the battery pack needs replacing. Where do I get one and how do I replace it?

Re: How do I replace the battery pack in my Emergency battery backup?

If have a belkin either black or grey door on back side, open, slide battery out, disconnect two wires, install new battery, reconnect two wires, close door.

If have the inid 3812, need a screw driver, remove two screws, disconnect wire plug, remove old battery, insert new, connect plugs, replace cover, re install two screws.

May be able to acquire battery local at Batteries Plus or similar store.
