Haven’t received shipping kit to return equipment

I have been trying for literally 4 months to return my UVerse equipment after moving & having to change to DirecTV. There is not a UPS or FedEx store in my town & I have requested a return shipping kit from them every month since moving FOUR months ago & now (eventhough I have paid my monthly charges) they’re saying my account is suspended until they receive the equipment. They acknowledge that I’ve done everything I can (including being on the phone for 3 hours each call every other week!!) checking the status of the kit & trying to get this resolved, & that I can’t help that I’ve not received (or why they can’t seem to tell me why or where it is) but that I either pay for the equipment or continue waiting without the device I have paid for! This is ridiculous!! I have spoken with every dept & no one can help. I’d cancel my (non) service but what do I need 2 receivers for?! I want to get it back to them but they don’t seem to care because after not having a contract for several years, I got one a few months before moving as the only way to keep from continuing to have my bill double & now that I have they know I’m screwed & continue to give the WORST “customer service” of any company I or anyone else have dealt with. I’m trying to find some way to speak with someone that can help resolve this but just get put on the merry-go-round of another dept (each with its own 30 minute hold time) when I call the 800#. Ugh this is crazy
