Let's get your question addressed!
We have a guide to connecting your Google Home to your Wi-Fi network.
Assuming everything is set-up correctly, you should also be able to connect your Google Hub to our Wi-Fi.

Hello, @Buckshot64.
The Google Hub does not have interactive capabilities with U-verse TV receivers at this time. Controlling audio and your television is still an option, as long as it is compatible with your device, but receiver commands are not available.
You may be able to get a 3rd party IR blaster that can communicate with your receiver as an alternative.
