DVR will not record or playback

DVR does not show recorded items; will not play them; will not record.

Try pulling plug on DVR for 15 secs to reboot it see if that works.  If not do the same thing for the gateway but let it fully reboot.  Then reboot the dvr again.  If these still don't clear it's time to call tech support (800-288-2020).

The following emotion is directed at AT&T, not this forum:


Have been rebooting it 2-3 times a day since Sunday.


800 number is a recording: If you're missing a channel, it's a dispute with the channel.

NO HELP whatsoever! Grr...

No tech support online, which is why I tried this group.
