My recordings are gone and the dvr is not working. I restarted it a few times and it didn’t work. Then I unplugged the DVR from the back of the box, waited 10 seconds, and plugged it back in. I did this three times. Now whenever I tried to give a command to pause or stop it says the DVR is currently unplugged or restarting. How long does it take for the DVR to restart? Or is there something else I need to do?

If it does not, we recommend downloading our myATT app from the app store or texting myATT to 8758 to receive a link to download it. It allows you to troubleshoot in the palm of your hand and even setup a technician appointment. It is much faster than calling in.
