DVR pauses and then reboots
For the past several weeks I have run into an issue where my DVR will lock up and then reboot. This happens on both live tv and recorded shows. Tech support said install the app to fix my problems. He was useless. What do I need to do to have either an intelligent support person trouble shoot this or just have a new DVR delivered?
