DVR partially recording shows
Our DVR is recording our programs and they show under recordings. They show that the whole show recorded, but when we watch them they are only recording about 30 minutes of each program. Some programs also show that they have been recorded but when we go to playback we just get a black screen.

Reboot your gateway - pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot. Then reboot your dvr - pull plug for 15 secs. Check if you still have the problem.
