DVR not connected?

All of a sudden I'm getting a message to check the connection between the TV and Uverse and can't see or record. Where do I check the connection?

Check the cable between the gateway on the dvr.  Make sure the plugs are fully seated.  Same goes for the TV connection to the dvr.  Also wouldn't hurt to call ATT tech support to check you line (they can do this remotely).
