DVR Audio in/out on playback

AT&T lets me down again. Only the most important Big Bang series finale and my recording stinks! The audio would go in and out and it was impossible to understand. Way to go UVerse. course it's the shows I most want to see that I cannot count on you ever. Grrr

Re: DVR Audio in/out on playback

Hello @Calbuckeye, that's not the experience we want anyone to have, let's see what we can do.
Is this the first time this has happened to you?
Also, what DVR are you currently using to record and do you have an external audio source plugged in while it's recording?
Please let us know.

Re: DVR Audio in/out on playback

This has not happened on other recordings. I have no external audio equipment attached. I have no idea what DVR I am using it is whatever AT&T U-verse provided me. (See attached photos of my equipment). What is most frustrating is of course it's the season finale after 12 years of watching a show- my recordings failed me since I could not make out the audio if the special broadcasts honoring the Big Bang Theory.

Re: DVR Audio in/out on playback

Hello @Callbuckeye, thanks for providing that info. Since this only happened with one recording, this may have been a one time incident. I suggest trying to record another show and if it does the same thing, please reach out to us.
Let us know if you have any other questions in the meanwhile.
