Chatted with ATT Uverse support last night. Was told I needed a new modem and they would overnight one. Got home today, and no modem. Called ATT Uverse support, was told it will be delivered tomorrow. Why can't ATT stock these in the local ATT store. I need one according to them, I go get one. Nope, this is ATT Home she says, not ATT store. Why can't ATT do the little things like this properly? They have no chance to pull off the tough problems. Simple request, gone bad. Corporate America again, so far out of touch with customer service...
When you need a replacement modem you must call customer service and one will be sent for a self stall. This is how it's been since the beginning. It is what it is.
P.S. You have 21 days to return the bad modem via UPS or FedEx. You should be emailed instructions.
