Client disabled. Now red x with 3. I'm on my 4th dvr box and all of them have had same issue after 3 to 4 weeks. Tech tells me I need a new install not repair, so it will wipe out account to fix. Can't get anything done on chat or phone about this issue wasted more than 13hrs on phone trying to fix this over last week. Been out of tv for 1 week now and nobody can get my tv services working. Have had problems since first installment of att services 3 months ago. Just want to watch tv without issues. Need a manager to contact me so we can resolve issue or cancel.
