Have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application to see if that clears up the issue?

Hi There @Jennings57,
Normally when it comes to Parental Controls and the app, the parental controls are from the U-verse receivers. A couple of messages ago, we have sent a link for "Parental Controls for U-verse TV."
Check the receivers to see if Parental Controls have been set. If they have been set, turn them off and then wait for about 5 minutes and then clear the data and cache from the app and try again.
