I am using a Moto g6 phone with Oreo operating system. The full description of the O/S is:
Your device is up-to-date
Android version: 8.0.0
Current version: ODS27.104-31-2
Security patch level: April 1, 2018
I constantly receive the error:
Please log in with your U-verse
member ID (email address).
I've attempted a reset of my password, deleting both cache and data for the U-verse app, reinstalling the app. No luck. The same info works on my old phone. And it also allows me to log into MyATT on the browser on my phone.

This is definitely strange! It looks like the next best option is to reset your phone. Be sure to back up your data and pictures before you do. If you still need help, let us know.

Have you folks tested your app against Android Oreo operating system? What are you requesting when you suggest resetting my phone, anyway?

They are suggesting you do a factory reset of your phone. You will lose EVERYTHING on it. In my opinion, instead of us resetting our phones and MAYBE that works, they should fix the app... I haven't been able to use mine at all.. I have the same issue on BOTH of my devices, so it's not a PHONE problem, it's an APP problem.
