Since it is working on a different device, we recommend ensuring that your Fire TV is completely up to date. In some cases, resetting your U-verse TV password has helped clear errors as well.
Also, be sure to post a review on the software store for the U-verse app, since this can help get any software conflicts resolved.

Yup, same problem here on my fire tv. The app does work on my fire stick...I have tried everything suggested to fix it but it’s still not working. What else can I try?

To get started, we suggest that you Clear Cache on your TV, uninstall the app, restart your TV, reinstall the app and then try again to see if that helps.
