User not authorized
When I login to third party apps on my phone, tv, or roku, I get a message that says I don't subscribe to these channels, but I do. Other apps like nbc tell me I'm not an authorized user. Is there going to be a fix for this??

Hi There @Muki3439
We can help wit that. Let's see if we can replicate the issue online, through the 3rd party network sites. Please go to the network sites and try to log in there with your AT&T/U-verse username and password and see if you are able to stream from the computer.
If there is anything else that we can do for you, reach back out.

Were you able to sign in to those network apps before? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the apps? Are you able to sign in to the Uverse TV or myAT&T apps?

into the MyAtt app. But any third party apps tell me I'm not authorized.

Some 3rd party apps require you to register your provider first. Have you gone through the registration process for these apps?
Also, were you able to sign in to those network apps before?

app on my Roku says I don't subscribe to this channel through att. In fact,
all the 3rd party apps for any channel say unauthorized user or I don't
subscribe. It makes no sense. I tried calling when I happened with the NBC
app 2 weeks ago and I was given no solution by the tech department. Att
told me to just log in to their app. But the att app doesn't have the same
programming on it that the apps for the actual channels do. Is there
something on my account that is wrong??
