U-verse tv app

Has ATT come out with a U-verse tv app for windows 10 yet? I have a surface pro 3 with windows 10 and still can't watch tv as I use to before att took it away from us. I have the app on my android phone but can't get it on my surface 3 tablet

AT&T no longer offers a desktop application for U-verse, offering solutions only for mobile devices.
