You've come to the right place for help! At this time, the U-verse app can be used to Schedule and Manage Recordings on your U-verse DVR, but it cannot be used to watch the recorded programs.

It may be a communication issue. To check to see if the communication between the app and the cable box is correct, please use this link:Enable communication between U-verse TV and the U-verse app
Let us know if those settings are still enabled on the DVR.
