Why can't I see my recordings on the app?

Hello @LennyM,

You've come to the right place for help! At this time, the U-verse app can be used to Schedule and Manage Recordings on your U-verse DVR, but it cannot be used to watch the recorded programs.

Yes I know that you can do that! Mine is not showing up! It used to! But now it isn't!

Hi There @LennyM

 

It may be a communication issue. To check to see if the communication between the app and the cable box is correct, please use this link:Enable communication between U-verse TV and the U-verse app

 

Let us know if those settings are still enabled on the DVR.

Yes the settings are still enabled on the dvr! Now why can't I see the recordings?
