U-verse app for Apple TV ?

Will U-verse ever have an app for Apple TV? I know spectrum just recently got theirs, I thought U-verse should have one as well. It’s be great if they could make this happen in the near future! It’s such a hassle to screen play from my phone or ipad to the Apple TV 😩

Currently, the U-verse app is compatible with these devices:

• iOS: iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch
• Android: Phone, tablet, Android Wear Watches
• Amazon Kindle
• Fire TV: Fire TV, Fire Stick

While the app is not yet available for Apple TV, we can share some tips to make your watching experience hassle-free.

Use AirPlay to see whatever is on your device directly on your Apple TV, or mirror exactly what's on your device's screen. This article will walk you through the steps to set up AirPlay.

Where is the Airplay button on the Uverse app on the iphone?????

I won't switch from Comcast until there is a Roku or AppleTV app. AirPlay is a pain and not a good solution.

How do you have an app that works for a watch that doesn't display video but not for a device that has TV in the name?

Can't Uverse at least make the app possible to cast onto chromecast or something?  the airplay and screen mirroring is horrible.  will AT&T ever make an app to work on apple tv or an android tv box like the nvidia shield?

Highly unlikely.  Better off using one of the newer AT&T tv products.
