U-verse App on Firestick?
Just bought an amazon Firestick. Search for U-verse App, select it in search list and it only brings up the ‘Watch TV’ App for AT&T. When I enter my sign in name/password it states “you have U-verse, use the U-verse App”. I can’t find the U-verse App!! Please help....

Another customer had a similar problem and solved it by re configuring their router and access point.
One of our ACE's provided the steps on how to do so in this response to the post. It's the 2nd response from the bottom.
Give that a try and let us know if you still need help locating the U-verse app.

The resolution you suggested is to connect the Fire Stick to the WiFi. I have already achieved this.
My issue is that the U-verse App is not present or in-findable within the Fire Stick. The resolution you suggested states “then it’s simply a matter of downloading the App from the App Store”.
The app is NOT present in the App Store. When I search for the U Verse App it presents the ATT ‘Watch TV’ App. When I attempt to log in to this it states “you have U Verse, use the U Verse App”.
Please help!

Hi,
still struggling with this. How can it be so hard?
I've followed the instructions, logged in to my AT&T gateway, ensured the channel is set to higher than 149 (currently it is 161). I've joined this network on the FireStick. I've searched for 'U-Verse App' on the Firestick search, it still suggests "U-Verse App" and when I click on that it still doesn't show the U-Verse App available to download.
I've also searched for the 'Amazon Shopping for Fire TV' (as suggested in the same thread you have pointed me towards) and that doesn;t exist either. PLEASE HELP.
