U-Verse app crashes when trying to view live TV
Ever since the May 9 update, the U-Verse app crashes when trying to watch a show on my Android tablet. Everything worked fine before the update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same.

I have this same problem. AT&T Uverse worked fine and now when you login to watch live tv it cancels out. Sometimes it simply goes back to the main screen, other times you get a message that states "AT&T U-verse keeps stopping with three options 1. App info, 2. Close App, 3. Send Feedback.
This application used to work fine. I contacted customer support and they sent a technician to my house to try and resolve the problem. The technician of course had no clue what the problem was with the app and suggested I look it up on the internet.

I placed the above complaint after dealing with this issue for more than two weeks. I have to say, today, May 21st, the app is now working for the first time on live tv since early May. Let's hope AT&T has made a correction and everyone is back up. I will update you if the system stops working again.

My At&t Uverse app starting crashing last weekend...sent multiple crash reports no response... tech had me clear data and cache and unistall... restart phone and app continues to crash. I need assistance I use this app regularly.
