On December 5th, my TCM apps stopped working on my Samsung devices (phone and tablet) with a message that "you are not authorized to view this content. Please contact your TV provider for further assistance" I am able to view TCM on my TV and the app says I am signed in to uverse. What is going on?
Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. Our techs are already aware of this problem and are working to resolve it. The current workaround is that you use the U-verse app to stream the content that you want.
