TCM app error “user not authorized”

The TCM app is giving me this error. We have not moved nor is there anything going on with our account. Is there any resolution?

What device are you seeing this on?   Assuming you get TCM as part of your Uverse TV subscription, viewing on their app will work.  The app will check directly with att using userid and password.

Probably my favorite channel btw...

I get TCM as part of the ATT lineup. When I went into the TCM Mobil app and selected ATT, the app found my username (email) so I assume it knew who I was from the network. I have tried viewing TCM on both an iPhone and a 2nd generation iPad. Neither work. I get the same message — User not authorized error - null. At this point, the app is useless.

Can you confirm ability to use the Uverse app on iPhone with same credentials. Userid and password.
