This change resulted in a lot of disgruntled and disappointed customers, myself included. Bring back the online uverse program guide ASAP!!!!

To JefferMC
“You can send a private message to @ATTCustomerCare and let them know how you feel. It may make an impact on their future direction, though II am afraid that this horse has left the barn for good.”
I don’t text or tweet. No smart phone. Is there an email address?

You click on that name/link and a box will pop up, and you click Send Message (you must still be logged in to the forums for this to work).

If you have a computer, you should be able to click on the following link, input your zip code, and view channel listings:

@ms_unicorn: That isn't what he's complaining about. Search the uverse tv forums for the many threads on what he is complaining about. Hints: programming guide, dvr,

We will all be dinosaurs one day. 😬
We can no longer get listings on PC from our service provider, but instead have to resort to a 3rd party website like titantv.com.

Just sent the message to @ATTCustomerCare. I'm not sure if it's been mentioned here or not, but the app does not have all the functionality the online guide/DVR control had. I could do mass cancellations of series recordings (such as when a series is no longer aired but the scheduled recording is still in the system). Also the search function on the app is near useless. Search for "Vikings" or "Notre" to record football or basketball games and the app says no programs are scheduled when I know that they are.
This stinks. I'll have to consider a move to Xfinity. Their remote is cool in that you can do a search by voice. Say "Notre Dame" into the remote and it finds all programs or cast.

I, too, don’t have a cell phone or a tablet. I’m also disabled and the programming guide was the best way for me to manage my recordings and watch live tv , when my remote was out of reach. I’ve written to att but I have not gotten a reply.
