AT&T is not any different than the other cable providers they are just out to screw their customers any way they can.  The program directory on the web was a very useful consumer tool I used it almost every day.  It was so much easier than using the slow and troublesome one on the remote.  Bring it back AT&T we your customers demand it!

Think AT&T management cares about their customers?  Probably not a typical telecommunication company.

I feel like posting here does little good. Not sure anyone with horsepower even reads it. Can't find a number to call or address to email or snail mail that might get to someone who cares. I have talked to just. service. and tech support and they didn't even know what a program guide was - they kept directing me to the channel list.

Fed up!!!

That's very disappointing as I really like that consumer friendly tool.

Dear AT&T,

You took away the ONLINE CHANNEL GUIDE, which I used every day on my LAPTOP at and away from home. I don't have a tablet and my cell phone screen is small, but these are the ONLY options you now offer since you discontinued your ONLINE CHANNEL GUIDE? Are you really an international player on the communications stage in the year 2017 OR OR OR some back alley neanderthal gin joint propping up an antenna? Really, AT&T?

BRING BACK THE ONLINE CHANNEL GUIDE.

Looks like it's time to go back to THE OTHER GUYS. You said you were better than them. At least they told me the screw job was coming ahead of time. Bad move.

[Edited to comply with Guidelines.]

Ditto . . . with all the Resources ATT has they couldn't support a Website?  Sounds like yet another Ploy to push people to Satellite DirectTV which I Do Not Want . . . I want to Keep my Fiber Connection and may move to another provider if this keeps up.

That is a ridiculous reply.  With all the resources at the disposal of ATT you cannot support a Website to access your (formerly) Premier UVerse Service?!?!  Look, it has been Obvious for more than a Year that ATT wants to Push people to DirectTV.   Please realize that Much of your Customer Base Does Not Want to go to DirectTV.   I had Satellite service before.  Didn't like it in the event of Bad Weather, just when I Need to know the Local Weather, that is when I could not Get Local weather broadcasts.   That's why I changes to UVerse . . . to get Fiber connections to my house.

Y'all keep this up and your UVerse customers won't convert to DirectTV . . . we'll just go to another ISP Provider. Why would a Giant in the Industry choose to drive away your Customer Base.

Unbelievable that you no longer support http://uverse.att.com to see the Program Guide.  Corporate Suicide.

A (soon to be Former) Customer

This is not an acceptable solution.  Removing a service I've been paying money for for over 2 years without replacing it is not acceptable.

I can't move to DirectTV even if I wanted to since I live in a condo and the HOA does not allow satellite dishes.  So if AT&T doesn't bring back the Uverse.com website, I'll have to switch to Xfinity.

@OneTreeHill

Do you have a private area that you own or lease, for example a back yard, a patio, a chimney, a balcony that isn't close to a walkway?  If so the FCC OTARD rules allow you to erect a dish (one meter or less in diameter) on your property and the HOA cannot stop it.  If they specify something that voids those rules in their CC&R's then that portion of the CC&R's is not valid and they have to amend their CC&Rs.   I live in a townhouse governed by CC&Rs too which had anti-antenna rules.  But when the FCC enacted the OTARD rules our HOA promptly amended the CC&Rs accordingly.

Here's what the FCC says about antennas.

Installing Consumer-Owned Antennas and Satellite Dishes

And while searching for the FCC link to the rules I found an good article you should pass on to your HOA.  You might find it interesting too.

Q: Can HOAs regulate residents’ satellite dishes?
