Yes I cannot sign in to STARZ on either my iPhone ap or my wife's iPad using the STARZ ap. I have contacted Tech Support about this over the past two plus week and they keep telling me they are working on it. The problem seems to be the way the STARZ ap wants to use adobe.com to sign one into the system. That generates an immediate dead-end message:
I have not been able to get anyone at U-Verse Tech Support to look at this error message. They ask: "What kind of error message are you getting" but trying to have them look at this specific message has prove futile. Next stop is Customer Service for a credit on my U-Verse bill. This. is really bad Tech Support.
