Parental controls on APP.

I had mentioned that I am not at home.  So I cannot press any button on the TV remote control.  We did not do anything with that, as we live alone with no other kids or family, so there is no need for a lock or a code.

Sooooo ... how could that work for me, if I am not at home, and cannot be at home for a week?

I did.  I can access that with no PIN. For the master account  there is nothing set.

Have you tried using your https://soc.att.com/2RaZSNt address as your login?

Oddly, that works.  Seems like you should be able to tie in the master accounts into one, but, that att.net account works.

How do I watch on my computer?  I am 66 years old, and would like to watch on my chromebook, not my smartphone.

Is your chromebook android app ready? If so you can download app from google play store.

Once downloaded on your chromebook you can login to watch on your device.

Wow ... you can seriously only watch the service you've paid for with an APP if you're not home???  That really underlines how much Management doesn't care about Customer Service, and providing a quality product.
