Never setup Parental Control PIN but can't watch in app
I want to watch programming in the U-verse app but keep doingge an error that I need to change the parental control settings. I have not turned on any parental controls & did not set up a PIN it still asks for a PIN which of course I do not know. I'm out of town & not beat the receiver, so I can't factory reset it & don't want to, because I would lose the program's I have recorded to date & scheduled to record.
Are you using your ATT. net email address when you sign in? Some customers experiencing the same issue have signed in with sub accounts. To correct this they signed in with the Member ID. To view your member ID sign into the AT&T website, and click on your name in the top left menu area. Next click view profile then click account users, and your Member ID should be listed.
