Netflix app access on Uverse

I have a Toshiba LED HD TV. It is NOT a SMART TV ULTRA HD. So, how to I access NETFLIX APP on Uverse?

Uverse does not provide access to Netflix. You'll have to access your Netflix account another way such as a streaming device like Roku or a compatible gaming device.

Netflix is the best app for watching movies, tv shows. You can watch it anywhere in the world. But if you want to watch from TV then you have to contact on a Netflix help center.
