Lost signal

My TV lost signal. Can I fix this or do I need to contact AT&T? Help!

First thing to do is reset your entire system. 

Unplug the DVR and STBs. 

Reset your RG (modem) by unplugging it or using the red reset button on the back. 

Once all lights have come back on (can take up to 5 mins.), plug your DVR in, let all lights come on.

Do the same with any set top boxes.
