I can’t get Fox local to stream on Uverse app or FoxSports app

I get an error that the channel isn’t available for 1004 Fox 4 HD.

It works on the home TV

 KDFW (Fox 4/Dallas) does not provide free streaming to the Uverse app. 

 

Neither does ABC (WFAA) or CBS (KTVT).  The local NBC affiliate (KXAS) is the only one.
