FOX Sports/NBC Sports/ESPN streaming issues

I am trying to stream live sports on FOX Sports Midwest, NBCSN, or ESPN through either their mobile apps or desktop sites (FOX Sports GO, NBC Sports Live, etc). When I log into our AT&T account, all of the programs go blank or disappear or say that the channels are not included in our subscription package. This is not true, as we have the U300 package, which includes FOX Sports Midwest, FOX Sports 1 and 2, NBCSN, Golf Channel, ESPN 1 and 2, etc. I've tried resetting my password, logging in through the U-Verse website, etc. and nothing has worked. I also cannot watch FOX Sports Midwest on the U-Verse app because that channel is not available for live viewing for some reason, and I'd really prefer to watch on my computer screen anyway. Is there anything we can do, or is something wrong with our account that needs to be done?
