Cannot login to Showtime Anytime with UVERSE Account

When trying to login to showtime anytime app with my UVERSE account, I get a “Not Available” error message. This started on Saturday August 18, 2018.

I realize this is an older thread, I too had an issue logging into the Showtime website with my AT&T U-Verse credentials. I am using Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98.

For giggles, I tried Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Edge 44.18329.1.0, and it worked just fine. Go figure, maybe try another browser.

 

Then get this, after successful in Edge. I tried to login via Chrome again and it works O.o - yay computers!!!

I tried safari and chrome and I still cannot log in to showtime.  We were watching a show last night and got kicked out. Went to U-verse itself and showtime works there

Is anyone still having issues? I've chatted with att reps several times and still not fixed. It's so annoying!!

So I tried that just in case and I'm getting the same message which says that "it appears that you don't have showtime in you tv package" which isnt true.
