Can't login to U-Verse App


Can't login to U-Verse App

Plain and simple; your app does not work.


I can login on the website and mobile website fine, but when I try and login on the App it says "Login Required - Please log in with your U-verse Member ID" which I've done 100 times and it doesn't work.


Seems rather ridiculous for a company of this size to have a broken app.


The list of "Troubleshooting activities" is a joke - reset my entire Cache because your app is terrible?  Factory reste my phone?


Very irresponsible - please explain what I need to do

Your Member ID may not be the same as the information you use to sign into myAT&T. Member ID's are the AT&T emails that are created for U-verse TV and Internet services.

Please make sure you are using the Member ID for your U-verse TV services when signing into the app.
