Accessing UVERSE DVR online

Is anyone else having an issue logging into their UVERSE dvr online?  I log into my uverse account and then try to access my dvr and it makes me log in again.  Then just goes back to the login screen.  This has been going on for days!

@pc2425   Was just happening to me, would not even come up, only saw an error page.

 

Deleted all uverse.com cookies and got a quick error msg. Smiley Surprised

 

@ATTU-verseCare   What's going on here?

Confirm the issue.  As soon as it asked if I'm sure I want to stay logged in for 14 days, I got this.Capture-2016-04-27-uversedotcomloginissue.PNG

@JefferMC  I'm getting this error page:

Smiley Frustrated

 

Edit:  Switched to google DNS and got the auto login, clicked it and took long time to bring up a text version of the site, but kept resetting the connection.

Hi @pc2425,

 

We checked our personal accounts here and did not see an issue. We recommend deleting cache and cookies and verifying you have the latest browser. We used chrome here. 

 

If the issues persist, let us know.
