AT&T Uverse App

I have the u200 plan; Internet and tv bundle. I am away on a trip and wanted to access my DVR on the uverse app, but I can't sign in. I'm wondering if I have to upgrade my tv service in order to watch my recording on my tablet or if I have the wrong information. I logged in with my member ID and my "my att" password. But it's not working. I'm pretty sure I have the right information, do I have to upgrade to watch on my phone & tablet?

The Uverse app allows watching (limited) live TV and On Demand programs. 

 

Viewing your recordings is not an option, regardless of your plan.
