Hello att4carol, you should receive your paper bill within 2 weeks after the closing day of your billing cycle. For example, if your services started on 7/15 and the closing day of your billing cycle is 7/16 then you will receive a bill within 2 weeks of 7/16 which would also include the 2 days plus the charges through the next billing cycle.
