uverse tv is the worst service of all time, should be awarded most incompetant service award!

in 6 months att has been unable to fix our tv freezing, losing signal, losing internet. Have spent hours, yes hours talking to chatting with posting on their facebook, promised by every type mgr theyre going to fix the problem. Wait endless hours for tech. to show up, only to be called and told theyre behind due to service call volume, theres a clue huh? Told again yesterday going to fix the problem, I was truly shocked today to get up, sit down with coffee turn  on tv, and guess what, tv has lost its signal, lol. This has actually became a joke between us and our friends, where are we watching the game tonight? Not randy and bonnies,  The race, not randy and bonnies, anything, well you get it. Anyway, since we cant watch tv, surprised pc has stayed connected this long, guess we'll go to a park, a picnic, a movie, wow, there is att's new commercial, ATT, BRINGING FAMILIES TOGETHER THRU INCOMPETANCE
