scheduled appointments
How come with a 3 hour window att still cant make there appointments. 4 times now in the last 6 weeks i have taken off work to be home during the 3 hour window and nobody shows up, no phone call, nothing. I call and get the I'm sorry, I'm sorry and carrie on with there B. S. excuses of why they cant do what most of us were taut at a very young age. IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT YOU SHOW UP? I guess the boneheads that work for att don't understand the whole concept of appointments. So should I stay or should I go??? HMMM

See if you can get more help from ATT Uverse Care:
Contact ATT Uverse Care on the link in my signature.
Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service getting repair service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
