my 1st experiences with billing support

So I guess what all my friends have been telling me about the customer service from billing charges we're right, got charged 147 dollars to my account and now it's negative 28 dollars tried to figure out what happened cause my promotion ends September not august and just got thrown around in a loop only to get told that will give you higher speed and unlimited voice minutes which I hardly need or want!
