Worst billing experience EVER

I've called about times to get this $800 bill taken care of. Each time, they say it's fixed then I get a larger bill. In jan or early feb I was given a promotional deal for $130 for internet and cable. I have a $400 and $800 bill now and no one wants to fix it. After all the yrs I have been with AT&T, I've never experienced such stress. Why can't someone actually fix my bill?
