Thanks for this time and aggravation saving "Where's My Tech" link. Is there any similar query function for U-Verse installation services ? Based on other posted install experiences and my current snafu, a similar tool would relieve some customer frustration.. Thanks again, dadfergg ( Dennis Ferguson)
