Uverse

If a uverse account is canceled can it be reactivated or does a new account have to be set up and another tech has to come out? Account has been canceled fpr 7 days

Hi @Cb859153,

 

If the account is canceled, a new account does have to be created. Also, the boxes have to be returned as it will cause a non-returned fee to populate on the canceled account. This does mean another tech has to come out.
