Uverse not working on 1 tv

Keeps saying acct unavailable. This Set Top Box does not match account settings. I have restarted a zillion times and it doesn't help.

Reboot the RG (modem) first and then reboot the STB..

It may have fallen out of the system, go to your account online and see how many boxes are provisioned,
