Receiving error code when I use the channel down key. I've pressed the "back" key, error message clears. Appears again when channel down key is used. I've rebooted three times, changed batteries, but problem continues.
We're currently working on a solution to the error code 0. In the meantime, try this method: unplug the receiver from the wall, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in and wait for 3 white dots to appear on the screen, and unplug the receiver again. Do this two more times. The third time, leave the receiver plugged in and it will reload.
