From the way you describe it, it does sound like it could be something within the TV settings which need to be reset in order for the new internet connection to be established. If so, I would refer you to the owner’s manual of the TV. If it’s an internet issue, please visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Here, you choose your Internet > then choose the appropriate topic. You can follow this troubleshooting flow to determine the best resolution for your issue!
