Re: Unable to access internet on one TV.

Hello @Barbie39,

Not being able to connect to the internet can raise a concern and be problematic.  We do have some information which may help!

From the way you describe it, it does sound like it could be something within the TV settings which need to be reset in order for the new internet connection to be established.  If so, I would refer you to the owner’s manual of the TV.  If it’s an internet issue, please visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool.  Here, you choose your Internet > then choose the appropriate topic.  You can follow this troubleshooting flow to determine the best resolution for your issue!

You can visit this link for tips on troubleshooting internet connections.  If it is an issue with your modem, please review this article. This forum post will be quick fixes for internet.  You can review our Wi-Fi hub for troubleshooting options as well as this last link will help resolving basic internet issues.

If you need further help, please don’t hesitate to contact us back.  Have a great day!
