Unable to access CNNGo, NBC site and other live streaming for channels in my lineup.

I am disappointed with ATT Uverse. Since last week, I have not been able to login to websites like CNNgo or NBC live on my laptop. Since I can't afford additional STBs and they stopped offering Uverse.com, which I loved, when I am in the bedroom or kitchen area, the only achievable option for me fo tv are the websites like CNNgo and NBC live. I reported the outage several days ago and was told there was an outage, when the outage cleared, my services would be restored. I asked when should I follow up, in case the outage is not the issue. I was told not to contact them again regarding the issue, technicians are aware and will restore service in 24 hours or so. I could believe my eyes reading the chat response. Now, several days later, with no access to this sites, I don't know how to get the situation resolved.

I have rebooted all of the ATT equipment as well as my computer and laptop. I changed the account login password. I have cleared history and cache, nothing helped.

I also get a cant connect to server trying to use uverse app on a Samsung Android e lite tablet.

Any suggestions, anyone???
