U-verse disappeared after switching over from DirecTv

Need expert advise here...

I’m switching over from DirecTV and att internet 50M plan to U-verse/ATT 100 M plan. I called in to cancel DirectTV and placed a new order for U-verse and upgraded internet on 5/13/2019.

 

my installation was scheduled for 5/24 and it was installed on time. I was able to view the changes on my account and U-verse worked for a day. On 5/25 U-verse stopped working and it disappeared from my account. 

I tried calling customer support and surprised to hear that they don’t see any order trail or installation order. I have the DVR and other equipment but no one has any idea where my account his ....

 

Customer support is of no use after spending 2+ hours and getting transferred over to 7-8 agents. Retail stores does not deal with online/phone orders.. ATT has no idea... I have the device  but it’s not working or ATT is not able to trace... any idea
